Fabulous role for a commercially driven Digital Marketing Executive to join this fun and fast-growing business, Spearheading paid social and paid search strategy with a focus on driving revenue growth. Reporting to the Head of Group Ecommerce, this is a perfect role for an ambitious candidate, keen to be part of the success of multiple high-growth scale ups.

Key responsibilities:

• Planning and optimising budgets

• Continuous improvement of CPA and ROI

• Forecasting and tracking of performance

• Retargeting and prospecting via Social Media

• Working with the wider team to ensure campaigns are being represented globally in all channels

• Attribution - analysing cross channel attribution

• Building strong working relationships across the organization

Key Skills
  • Experience running SEM or paid social activity directly; able to give examples of how you have grown revenue through bid optimisation (or other levers)
  • Keen interest in all the latest developments in Google Ads, Facebook and Google Analytics, and driven to keep on learning about the latest trends and best practices
  • Commercial and analytical by nature and love see the impact of your work on business growth
  • Able to work autonomously and independently - keeping momentum while communicating progress to stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
