There really is no rush with us, all of our client visits are for a minimum of one hour, so the CAREGivers have the opportunity to really support the client and develop a lasting relationship with the people they work with.
We look after people who reside in the following locations : Borehamwood, Brookmans Park, Hatfield, Potters Bar, Welham Green, Welwyn and Welwyn Garden City and surrounding villages, and are looking to recruit part-time staff who can travel within these area's.It is essential that you have your own 'car', this is because we work in the community and travel between people's homes, and are not just travelling to one destination daily - This is non-negotiable.Job Description
We are seeking new CAREGivers (with or without previous experience) to join our highly regarded team of evening and weekend CAREGivers.
You will be working on a one to one basis with the clients in their own homes, so the position requires people who understand the responsibility this brings.
We fully understand that we need to offer our staff members thorough training to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to enable them to be decision makers and offer award winning training. This encompasses a mixture of e-learning modules and in-house workshops. Training is ongoing and affords you highly transferable skills that can be used as your career progresses.Requirements
Working with the elderly in their own homes means that each client has different needs and our CAREGivers offer different types of care depending on each individuals requirements and this is generally a mixture of

- Home Help Support
- Personal Care
- Dementia Care

If you are looking for a position where flexibility counts, or because of other commitments you are only free for a few days in the evening and happy to work weekends (alternate weekend work available) then I will be delighted to hear from you.Qualifications
A caring attitude and a respect for the older people living in your community, we will teach you the rest.
You will after training be certificated and hold a respected qualification in the Care Sector.
You must have your own car - necessity for working in the community.
You must have a clear voice and great verbal communication skills.
All of our positions are part-time and we like our CAREGivers to have flexible working patterns that will require some evenings and shifts on a Saturday and Sunday on alternate week-ends. Tell us what you would like to do and we will try to work with you where we can.
All positions are subject to four references and successful DBS clearance.All positions require the CAREGiver to have their own transport.You will be expected to work in multiple locations on a daily basis.Job offers are subject to successful completion of assessments.
