Role purposeThis is a joint new business and marketing role, it is an incredibly varied and diverse position where you need to have confidence, use your initiative and manage your own workload. Working in a small team you need to be comfortable working closely with c-suite leadership, a wide variety of teams throughout the agency and the global new business and marketing teams.

Within this role you will be responsible for creating content, copywriting, proof-reading, creating PowerPoint presentations, managing social media accounts, helping coordinate events, managing external and internal communications and assisting on pitches.

  • Outbound thought leadership communications to prospects and clients
  • Writing articles and newsletters
  • Preparing internal communications presentations (weekly newsletters)
  • Assisting in bizdev related tasks (creating prospects lists for instance)
  • Launching and then maintaining a content platform on data marketing (where we publish podcasts and articles)
  • Creating and implementing the social media strategy (Twitter, Linked In, Facebook, Instagram), using online tools for posting, tracking and reporting
  • Editing and posting videos, photos and audio content to online sites including the website, social channels, and YouTube
  • Managing the email marketing, using platforms such as HubSpot, MailChimp, and Pardot to create and implement prospecting and event campaigns
  • Support on the creation of new collateral for the agency, including content, the blog, printed collateral, social and digital content
  • Confidently support with building PowerPoints for credentials meetings
  • Support on proposals
  • Putting together relevant case studies of present and past work to support pitches
  • Brainstorm new and creative marketing strategies
  • Support the coordination of events
  • Assisting with award entries
  • Updating the team page on the website and coordinating headshots of new joiners
  • Extending the agency's reach and reputation
  • Managing new business data
