Job Details

Job responsibilities:

• Manage the online communities of Huobi via our social and online channel. Increase the engagement and loyalty of the users with quality customer support.

• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness

• Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media platform

• Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency

• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews

• Stay informed on trends in digital technology and the crypto space

Requirements:

• Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, discord, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)

• Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Excellent writing skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability skill

• Hands on experience with social media management for brand

• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Able to work flexible hours and rotation shift

• 1+ relevant years work experience, ideal in crypto or blockchain industry

• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
