The Field Marketing Specialist is instrumental in the effective deployment of marketing initiatives

and plans that support overall marketing efforts and assist the commercial organisation (UK + IE)

in achieving their revenue goals. For this dynamic and challenging position we are looking for an

open minded and innovative individual who is looking for an impactful role and for an opportunity

to develop their career towards growth marketing. Good knowledge of marketing theory as well

as hands-on practical experience are important, but a proactive and energetic attitude is a must!

In your role you will support initiatives that include among others implementation of integrated

multi-touch marketing campaigns and events coordination, including both inbound and outbound


What you will do

  • Help run a smooth operating rhythm of measurable campaigns that drive revenue through sales teams
  • Execute integrated marketing programmes (incl. events, email, web, social) mapped to the buyer journey
  • Implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with sales
  • Partner with marketing support teams to leverage their expertise and get them to engage in working for your cause, including digital, content PR and social
  • Help in selecting and managing events (sponsored and hosted) to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post event strategy to increase engagement and response rates
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities, through internal marketing newsletter and other channels
  • Help in managing local vendors and suppliers
  • Measure, analyse and report on impact of activities (on operational, campaign and
  • tactical level)

What you will bring

  • Experience in a B2B marketing environment and familiarity with the B2B sales cycle
  • Strong oral/written communications skills (English)
  • Knowledge of marketing and communication principles, practices, and techniques
  • Demand and lead generation experience
  • Ability to leverage marketing and sales automation tools
  • Degree level education, marketing specific certification
  • Creative problem solving
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate in a matrix organisation
  • Design / video editing skills (nice to have!)
