Role: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (Must be able to travel into London on an ad hoc basis)

The role:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will define and lead the digital marketing strategies across their UK and European based schools, ensuring that best practise digital marketing is implemented to maximise pupil recruitment. Reporting into the European Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Manger will drive the impact and effectiveness of their digital marketing strategies through continual optimisation of campaigns and channel mix to grow a healthy pupil roll.

The Digital Marketing Manager will hold the following remit:
  • Work with school marketing teams, central Heads of Marketing and external agencies to develop digital marketing plans and campaigns to support pupil growth
  • Support and lead ongoing development of digital marketing campaigns and strategies to create stretching and compelling plans to deliver vison and targets
  • Lead the activation, optimisation and management of digital accounts and campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Digital Display and Social, to deliver performance goals
  • Monitor the performance of each schools digital campaigns and progress toward delivery of agreed web conversion targets
  • Develop initiatives to upskill and train school marketing teams on an operational level to deliver outstanding digital marketing

As the ideal candidate, you will possess the following:
  • Demonstrable experience in a Digital Marketing capacity managing various independent brands and able to work autonomously
  • Recognised Digital Marketing qualification (desirable)
  • Familiar with digital campaign planning through PPC/Display/YouTube/Social
  • Experience with Google Analytics (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with MS Dynamics is desirable, but not essential
  • Highly skilled in budget planning and management
