Sartre Group is a growing Shoreditch based executive search firm. We are seeking to hire a talented Research Analyst to play a key role in supporting the Director and Senior Consultants on our technology desk.

You will be working directly alongside the Director of Technology where you will play a key role in improving the recruitment lifecycle in a friendly and collaborative working environment that will allow you to gain great exposure within a highly technical recruitment firm. Our clients are some of the most innovative technology driven companies in the world - this role is about supporting those existing relationships and helping to identify elite level candidates.

What the position entails:

• Taking search requirements from senior colleagues and identifying suitable candidates for our clients utilising various recruitment tools

• Managing candidate pipeline and talent pools

• Establish, drive and co-ordinate database workflows throughout team

• Building mapping documents and shortlists in partnership with colleagues

• Develop new candidate relationships and manage communication lifecycle

• Reviewing and screening candidate applications

• Arranging screening calls for Senior Consultants and Director in our Technology Team

• Managing and scheduling candidate interview processes

• Continuous gathering of market intelligence
