You will play a key role within our Marketing team, taking responsibility for affiliates and partnership marketing across our UK, South Africa and Australia markets. You will be empowered to craft the vision, strategy and execution of the marketing channels.

What You'll Do
  • Create data focused affiliate marketing strategy
  • Grow the channel by identifying and introducing new direct partnerships and networks
  • Mange the relationships and negotiations with existing partners
  • Work with the commercial team to secure exclusive channel promotions and establish relationships with lending partners
  • Collaborate with product and creative team on the 360 degrees affiliate campaigns
  • Stay up to date with latest affiliate marketing innovation to bring them to ClearScore
  • Introduce solution and establish infrastructure which will enable us to efficiently scale affiliates marketing across all the markets
  • Develop test and learn plan to optimise campaigns performance


Requirements
  • Experience managing global affiliate program, ideally in running in house program in a scaling tech company
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track of record of maximising revenue and scaling affiliate program
  • You will thrive in an environment with a high level of responsibility and independence
  • Obsession with delivering excellence
