IT Support Analyst

IT Support Analyst required to provide first line and second line support for a top regional law firm in the Thames Valley. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic customer focused individual to be part of a team within a professional services company. This role suits somerone with a keen interest in IT Support, looking to develop new skills and progress their career/

Working as an IT Support Analyst your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operation of a Service Desk and Desktop support function for users throughout the firm
  • Resolving IT Support issues, aiming to resolve as many incidents as possible at first point of contact
  • Supporting users remotely and face to face
  • To escalate calls internally and with third parties
  • Responding to "How do I.." queries as well as break fix and admin/config issues


Your technical knowledge should cover as many of the following as possible:
  • Windows 10
  • Office 2016/ Office 365
  • Laserforms
  • BigHand
  • iManage Worksite/FilesiteWorkShare
  • Active Directory - User Admin
  • Windows Server
  • Citrix
