Stonegate is looking for a very special candidate to join the IT team as our IT Service Delivery Analyst. This is a broad role where your IT knowledge and understanding is supported by your outstanding customer service and problem solving skills. As IT Service Analyst you'll be supporting the "problem solving" capability for IT issues that fall outside the scope of the IT Service Desk, liaising with Business stakeholders and the wider IT team as necessary, and ensuring the correct IT Team provide the appropriate resource.

You'll need a good knowledge of networking topologies, Microsoft applications, virtual and physical infrastructures and 3rd party applications. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you'll be involved in supporting the Change management process within Stonegate amongst other responsibilities including working with the helpdesk team to ensure 2nd/3rd line calls are resolved within our SLA's, This is a customer facing role so excellent communication skills are essential.

We're looking for a IT Service Delivery Analyst with a University degree in the field of computer science or 2 years equivalent work experience. Ideally, we also are looking for the following experience:

    Experience of working in IT operations / support (2-3 years)
    Extensive knowledge of ITIL 3 and 4 down to practioner level
    Excellent incident, problem and change management skills
    Knowledge of server the Microsoft 'stack' and networking infrastructure
    Excellent excel skills
    Knowledge of SQL, Powershell, VBA advantageous [Nice to Have]
