A thriving and outstanding independent school in Birmingham are looking for a Music Teacher. This is a full time and permanent position from September 2021.

The Head is looking for a talented and enthusiastic musician to teach Music within this happy, friendly and forward-thinking prep school that is fully committed to striving for the best in all of its pupils. Music plays a central role in the life of this school. There are a number of choirs, orchestras and ensembles running throughout the school and all of these groups have the opportunity to perform at a range of concerts and assemblies throughout the year.

The successful candidate will be teaching in a thriving music department. The successful candidate will be confident at teaching music throughout the Primary and Secondary age range, conducting orchestras and choirs, leading whole-school assembly singing practices and accompanying instrumentalists on the piano. The role will involve teaching Music up to A level.

This role can either be part or full time.
