Job Details

smartKYC is looking for an experienced Software Application Tester to help test the overall smartKYC product.

Most smartKYC employees have always operated from home but if the candidate is London-based (which isn't a prerequisite), there is the potential to occasionally join colleagues in a co-working space, in due course. Most smartKYC colleagues are non-UK based.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Develop effective strategies and test plans
  • Enforce best practices that drive product and engineering quality
  • Manual testing of the products/customisations
  • Create test metrics
  • Participation in business calls and business support


Skills:

  • Able to understand business requirements
  • 5+ years experience, 3+ experience with working with the customers
  • Extensive knowledge of test methodologies, tools and processes
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Experience with API Testing (Swagger, PostMan etc.)
  • Experience with Jira, git
  • basic Linux knowledge
  • Fluent in English
