The position of Service Delivery Project Manager within Managed Services will undertake a number of customer focused roles including:
+ Project Management.
+ Managing the successful delivery of discrete AMS and Hosting projects.
+ Be the Operational Project Manager during all stages of the project lifecycle.
+ Managing and containing project scope, costs and time scales.
+ Supporting the development of the overall implementation project plan and resourcing with the “Customer”.
+ Ensuring clear understanding of RASIC profile.
+ Managing Project Change Request through Project Change Control Process.
+ Regular reporting of Project status, internal and to the “Customer”.
+ RAID Management through anticipation Project deviations and proactively develops corrective action, and escalates issues and risk assessments.
+ Supporting issue resolution and risk mitigation processes.
+ Providing quality assurance at milestone/stage gate check points.
+ Securing customer sign-off of Project deliverables and phases.
+ Be the central global contact person for the “Customer” regarding Project Delivery activities.
+ Being responsible for the internal coordination and scheduling of all involved – AMS TMS and hosting teams.
+ Being responsible for ensuring the “Customer” is aware of their responsibilities and planned Schedule.
+ Managing consultant logistics, timesheets and expenses.
The Services Delivery Manager Role:
The position of Service Delivery Manager within Managed Services will undertake a number of customer focused roles including:
+ The 'Business as Usual' (BAU) Operational Manager during all stages of the Application Management Services (AMS) lifecycle
+ Responsible for the fulfillment of all contractual obligations towards the “Customer”
+ The central global contact person for the “Customer” regarding AMS, Technical Management Services (TMS) and Hosting services
+ Responsible for the internal coordination of all involved – AMS, TMS and hosting teams
+ Responsible for the external coordination for relevant and defined partners
+ The customer advocate or all BAU activities
+ Service Delivery Management and Quality Assurance
+ Service Level & Escalation Management
+ Customer Engagement Management
