We’re a small but growing company, centred in London with a second office in Southampton and an operational team at our suppliers and at the shipyards in China.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

+ PA support to the management team, including calendar and meeting management, following through with meeting actions as well as taking responsibility for ad-hoc projects
+ Office Manager for the London office and distance organisation for our Southampton hub including office maintenance and supplies, travel and postage, organising social activities, providing support to team members
+ HR support including onboarding new starters, maintaining the HR Database, assisting with payroll and benefits management and supporting the regular people processes
+ Operational responsibility for H&S, both office and off-site, including first aid and fire arrangements, Display Screen Assessments, keeping policy and procedures up to date

About You:

You will be well educated with good A levels and ideally a graduate. We’re looking for someone who can communicate clearly both verbally and in writing and isn’t afraid of numbers either.

You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in office management/ administration and have experience of systems and processes from at least two organisations. You’ll be used to improving processes to make them more effective and efficient, as well as introducing new ones, appropriate to the needs of the business. Your role will be busy so you’ll be used to juggling multiple priorities and taking the initiative to fulfil your responsibilities. We live by our high standards and you’ll need a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
