Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The role

The job is to solve the biggest challenge facing most businesses: finding the right talent to fill key roles. Placing professionals in niche and growth sectors, you'll be in charge of the whole recruitment process.

Being in control is exciting: you'll be meeting clients, discovering their needs, and going out to find the perfect candidate. You'll place ads, make lots of calls, interview applicants and decide who to put forward. Then you'll handle the negotiations, finding the best deal for all involved. It is a challenging role and you'll need resilience to stay positive and push on through the setbacks the job can throw at you.


We're flexible about the following criteria but typically you'll offer:

A degree, ideally a 2.1 from a respected university

Sales experience that includes client meetings and warm and cold calling

Ideally, a minimum six months' continuous telesales working to targets

Previous commercial experience

Enthusiasm for playing competitive sports

Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Good local language skills

A track record of success

A willingness to learn

You'll need to be:
