The Customer Consultant Opportunity:

As a Customer Consultant, you will play a very important role in achieving our organisational goals. With excellent product knowledge and a passion for helping customers, you will look after the customer sales process within the showroom environment. Friendly and professional, you’ll work in your team to ensure that every customer’s experience of the dealership is exceptional and that you manage sales appointments professionally, ensure a high quality test drive experience, and deliver on your sales targets on time.
What we need:
+ You’ll deliver complete customer satisfaction, understand the customer journey experience and be committed to delivering an unrivalled level of customer service.
+ Build rapport with the customer and accurately qualify their requirements and demonstrate the most suitable options to the customer, encouraging them to experience the product.
+ You’ll maintain contact to ensure that the customer is kept informed throughout the sales and pre-delivery process.
+ Liaise with the customer to arrange a handover and to complete all paperwork for a timely registration of the vehicle and personally handover the vehicle and introduce the customer to the service team to secure future business.
+ You’ll maximise and cultivate every enquiry and appointment that has been supplied by the dedicated Sales Enquiry team.
+ Work with the Service department to ensure any work on the vehicle is completed in time for the handover.
+ Introduce the customer to the Service department to secure future relationships.
+ Work with the Sales Admin to update customer details, register vehicles and ensure delivery dates are confirmed.
+ Ensure opportunities for sales by other colleagues are maximised i.e. Business Manager and Business Centre sales.
+ Attend daily sales team meetings.
+ Attend all training and meet all compliance obligations under the FCA, product knowledge and any other such relevant training that is requested of you.

+ Relevant experience in a retail environment and a proven track record in sales volume where you have delivered great customer service
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Drive and determination to succeed in a competitive environment
+ Highly organised and works efficiently under pressure
+ A clean, current driving licence
