What you'll be doing:
+ Working in collaboration with the Account Management team to liaise with clients and assisting the recruitment process
+ Review CVs daily for vacancies across multi-sectors and identify those to present to clients. (We do get quite a bit of volume)
+ Resourcing candidates and outreach
+ Monitoring application statistics & obtaining feedback to ensure we are resourcing the right type of candidates, (taking action directly or feeding back to the resourcing & screening team)
+ Assist with the creation of job adverts to market vacancies based on the client’s job spec, needs and wants
+ Using initiative to spot opportunities to continuously improve processes
+ Provide day-to-day operational support and occasionally support candidate liaison team using our custom built CMS system.
+ Liaison with clients and candidates by phone and email.
Skills and Qualifications:
+ 2+ years experience in multi-selector recruitment
+ Good analytical skills, able to read between the lines and identify transferable skills
+ Ability to work independently, proactively and as part of a support team.
+ Efficient and able to prioritise
+ Tech savvy
+ Impeccable written English
+ Able to provide excellent customer experience to our clients and candidates.
What we are looking for:
+ Multi-sector volume CV screener with an eye to spot good talent
+ Previous experience working in a Recruitment / Resourcing environment (online recruitment preferred)
+ Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to deal with clients and candidates at all levels
+ Friendly, personable and professional manner
+ A keen listener able to take on board exactly what a client says to you.
+ Experienced user of web-based services.
+ Confident and assured; a dependable team player who can step in to pick up other activities when required
+ Commercial and confident skill set
+ Can handle volume
+ Experience with writing and posting jobs
+ Experience with ATS systems
+ A strong internet connection
+ Experienced user of Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Docs (spreadsheets) and web-based services. Not flustered with having lots of browser pages open at once
+ Accuracy and attention to detail
+ First class customer experience ethos
+ Comfortable working from home; you will have a suitable designated home office
+ Ability to apply to keep our clients happy
+ Experience in resourcing candidates using candidate databases & online tools
+ Commercially minded – can spot opportunities for the business
