What you'll be doing:
As a Recruiter / Recruitment Campaign Manager in our Client Team you will be their first point of contact and deliver a first class customer experience.
You will be building rapport with new and existing customers to ensure that current recruitment projects are delivering results and clients are being introduced to and hiring great talent.
By delivering great results and building rapport with clients you will put us in a favourable position to access new work. This isn't a sales role but you'll need a commercial head to spot & secure opportunities.
You will collaborate with clients and the Talent Acquisition team to identify suitable talent for roles. This is predominantly a client facing and management role. You will be supported by your own Recruitment Support Executive who will be responsible for reviewing candidate applications daily.
You will be able to translate Client Job Specs and additional insights into compelling and accessible Job Adverts that will result in the right candidates applying for a vacancy.
Your role as a manager will be to ensure that your colleagues are fully briefed on the client’s company, role and requirements and that they are guided on how to identify suitable candidates for the role. You will use your skills, intuition and market awareness to push boundaries to present candidates to clients that could just be their ideal candidate – even if they don't know it yet. You will know where to look for the right candidates identifying suitable resourcing routes and monitor responses to campaigns to know when alternative means of candidate sourcing are required – LinkedIn, CV databases and Social channels.
You will be able to screen CVs and ensure that the best talent is presented to your Clients.
You will perform regular check-ins with customers to monitor performance and ensure that the client has a healthy talent pool and that the process is moving forward swiftly to ensure that valuable talent is not being wasted. You will iron out any issues that arise and manage the flow of candidates balanced against expenditure.
You will also know how to transform under-performing projects in a flash!
In a nutshell, if our clients are happy and they are putting more and more recruitment our way you'll be doing a great job and you can leave* work every day with a big smile on your face. (*Leave = power down your computer as this is a full remote role).
+ Experience in general recruitment – comfortable working across all roles and sectors. Not fazed by working on projects that might be new to you.
+ You will be highly-experienced in high-volume talent acquisition.
+ Awareness of market conditions and how this affects recruitment
+ A keen willingness to learn and bags of intuition
+ An understanding of different company cultures and businesses and how to interact with them, and their target market.
+ A general awareness of brands, businesses and sectors

+ Your creative and will now how to transform projects quickly
+ You are confident at reviewing CVs and quickly deciphering the suitability of a candidate (and spotting hidden gems).
