Citizens Advice Liverpool is looking for a Data and Reporting Assistant to join our ICT Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the team at Citizens Advice Liverpool through the analysis of data and production of reports to inform decision making and comply with funder and regulatory reporting requirements.

Utilising a variety of data reporting systems including Tableau, Excel, introducing Power BI and more, you will present information in a format suitable for the intended audience. This will include producing detailed written reports with the accurate presentation of a position, argument, or trend.

Working within the ICT Team, you will develop working relationships across the organisation, including communications, senior management team, Citizens Advice and specific project teams locally. With an initial focus on our Health Project, the work is to develop and focus on Citizens Advice Liverpool as a whole.
