James Adams has partnered with a fast-growing Digital Agency with a number of offices across the UK. Our client is recruiting for an Account Executive to join their digital marketing team and work alongside an experienced team of Account Managers and Account Directors to deliver an excellent service to their customers.
This is an entry-level position in their client services team and applicants do not necessarily need Agency experience (Although a desire to work agency side would be great!). What they are looking for is someone with some knowledge of digital marketing or web design/development and an interest in working in a client-facing role within an agency providing those services to customers.
In this role, you will put together reports on CRO and Website performance using tools such as PowerBI and Google analytics. You'll then turn these reports into engaging and informative presentations for client meetings. You'll work directly with your clients and have the opportunity to build a relationship with them and provide solutions to their digital marketing needs. You'll monitor their websites to ensure everything is working well and have the opportunity to continue offering suggestions for improvement.
