Badenoch + Clark are working in conjunction with one of our growing,industry-leading clients to help them recruit an Early Careers Recruiter on a 12 month FTC.
My client is looking for an Early Careers professional to take a lead role in recruitment, from further developing the marketing campaign through to engaging with selected universities, colleges and schools, to leading the selection of the highest calibre candidates at their bespoke assessment centres.
This role will report to the Early Careers Manager and will also support the development of their future talent, providing pastoral care and direction where required. Within this role there is a key requirement to partner with multiple functions and stakeholders across the business to really support and drive forward the early career's agenda.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, effective management of multiple activities, analysis of information and the ability to prioritise.
Alongside this you will be a confident communicator able to engage with a range of stakeholders and communicate via various methods and have excellent attention to detail.
This role is based out of their Head Office in Surrey combined with and supportive of home working, with some national travel to support the requirements of the role when required.
