Recruitment / Project Manager (NO SALES)
3 days office based (Central Bristol) and 2 days home working
£22 - £27k Basic + Up to £4k Annual Bonus (pro rata paid monthly)


The Company:
Working for a well-established and respected owner managed business in Bristol who provide a niche service to both government and private sector companies in the research space.

The Job:
This is a truly lovely role for an experienced "RECRUITER" who wishes to step away from SALES... But who loves the coordination, multi-tasking, service delivery and the adrenalin rush when working on key projects / campaign management from inception to completion? As Recruitment / Project Manager you will have full responsibility of 5 - 8 live campaigns with prestigious clients at any one time, each project has a life cycle of approximately 2 - 3 weeks and each project will require you to recruit 25 / 30 business professionals to take part in important paid business research whilst ensuring it's on time and on budget. As Project Manager you are responsible for the planning, execution and completion of all recruitment projects allocated to you. As an expert in your field, you will act as a consultant on behalf of the business, managing clients professionally and offering your knowledge and expertise when and where appropriate.

Key responsibilities:
Lead on the identification, engagement and sourcing of business owners and professionals for various B2B paid research opportunities in the UK and overseas.
Provide quotes to clients
Prepare key recruitment documents (quote, screener, participant list etc.)
Decide upon recruitment processes (e.g. database / free find).
Compose and manage database opportunity emails.
Recruit participants for research in line with brief.
Regularly update clients throughout the recruitment process.
Identify when projects become challenging and respond accordingly by looking for alternative recruitment methods.
Liaise with marketing team to place adverts, develop social media campaigns and opportunities for paid research across multiple platforms - Use free find methods to source suitable professionals for paid research e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter.
Hold accountability for your project portfolio working with your SPM to achieve your clients requests
Manage issues and if requested, represent business at events / networking.

The Person:

Our client is looking for an experienced "Recruiter" (in-house or agency) who has ideally worked across multiple sectors and job roles and who loves to achieve the brief and deliver service excellence.

The Salary: £22k - £27k + Up to £4k Bonus
The Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm and Friday 9am - 5pm
The Location: 3 days Bristol office and 2 days home with some flexibility required
