The Software Support Analyst Opportunity:
As a Software Support Analyst your role will be to ensure that we are at the forefront of the market in order to best serve our existing clients and to grow the business through the provision of innovation and quality user friendly software.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Implementation of our software product:
Liaise with customers and IT services companies in order to install our product set.
To promote a helpful and professional image to the customer, giving full cooperation to any customer requiring attention.
Processing data migrations:
+ To gain access and export data from new clients’ current systems
+ Process customer’s current system data through our data migration tools
+ Analyse and confirm the results following all internal guidelines
+ Provide Technical Support to customers
+ Provide support to Professional Services team members on more technical issues
+ Creation and maintenance of user accounts for internal systems
+ Hardware/software configuration for all new and existing Insight employees
+ Technical assistance to all internal stakeholders
+ Administration and support of business critical software packages
+ Technical advice and guidance to the Sales Team as part of the pre sales negotiations
About You (Key Skills & Traits)
+ Good understanding of SQL / database driven applications
+ Proven experience within an IT / Technical environment with supporting qualifications.
+ Microsoft Windows 7-10, Windows Server 2008-2019, Microsoft Office Office 365, Microsoft SQL Server, Software Install and Config
+ Customer confident.
+ Ability to prioritise and multitask
+ IT Literacy Knowledge of database fundamentals Desktop/Server support experience Understanding of LANS / WANS / TCP/IP
+ Demonstrates initiative and is intuitive
+ Methodical and numerate
+ Enthusiastic towards their work with the ability to take the initiative.
