Job Title: Real Time Analyst

Location: Can be based in Harlow or Home Based (Remote Working)

Hours/contract type: 37.5 hours a week - Mon to Fri, Shift Pattern: 7am to 3.30pm OR 8.30am - 5pm OR 9.30am TO 6pm OR 11.30am TO 8pm - Saturdays 1 in 4 which is 9am to 1pm

Salary: £23,000 per annum

About the Role

The role is responsible for the for real time monitoring of nurses and associated patient visits. Ensuring all patient visits are covered in the most cost-efficient manner in line with Customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and LPCH expectations.

The role duties will involve executing the operational plans for the field-based nursing team, ensuring that resources arrive at the right destination at the right time in order to carry out nursing activity in patients' homes. You will be responsible for day to day re-active changes on the Workforce Management System due to visit exceptions and incidents. You will handle the day to day challenges of a busy operations room, constantly reviewing the execution and amendments to the operational plan. You will ensure the resource is allocated efficiently to minimise travel and use of bank staff.

About You

To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Workforce Management role as a Real Time Analyst. You will also need to have experience working in a busy operations office handling the day to day challenges associated with a field-based service provider.

You must be a great communicator, have strong attention to detail, have IT skills and be able to prioritise workloads and ensure deadlines are achieved and met.
