We are recruiting exclusively for one of our customers, who are looking for an experienced Marketing Director, with experience and a real passion across the Sports industry and markets.

This is a senior & highly influential appointment for the business and over-arches all areas of; Brand, Acquisition, Retention, Digital & Media.

You would be responsible for both executive responsibilities and strategic leadership, aiming to develop and implement, creative marketing initiatives, projects, and campaigns, across Branding, Customer acquisition and retention.

This position could be based in either; UK, Gibraltar, Dublin or Tel Aviv and would involve a significant level of travel either way.

They will offer the right candidate an attractive package including salary, bonus, benefits and relocation (if required).

Role & Responsibilities:

•Responsible for evaluating and developing the Sport brand, marketing and communications strategies .

•Designing innovative integrated marketing programs to promote the Sport Business.

•Planning, directing and coordinating all marketing efforts with partners in Product, Growth Marketing and Regional Marketing teams.

Managing the content marketing creative and distribution function.

•Managing the acquisition and conversion activities, analysing performance and optimizing processes to achieve optimum funnel results.

•Preparing and managing the Sport Business marketing budget.


•Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent

•MBA is preferred

•5+ years of overall online sports betting experience

•Strong leadership skills with proven track record of leading global online marketing teams in a complex matrix environment

•Proven track record of success in performance marketing as well as strategic marketing.

•Global experience and deep understanding of the business environment, market needs and digital platforms.

•Ability to think strategically while simultaneously diving into the details.

•Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.
