Summary:

Carbon Activated Corporation, a stable and growing global corporation, is hiring an Office Manager for an essential role on their logistics team. This full-time, direct hire position will provide competitive pay and benefits for an experienced administrator who is well versed in handling shipping and receiving documentation, critical customs documents.

Responsibilities:

Manage office staff

Work under the direction of the managing director

Handle shipping and purchasing activities

Maintain/control inventory levels

Set up and remit payment to suppliers

Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable

Coordinate with salespeople to prepare orders

Requirements:

Prior experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks or Peachtree

Capable of invoicing customers

At least one year in a similar role involving customs documentation

Experience with UPS/FEDEX/DHL shipping sites
