Our client, a highly respected Public Sector establishment, based in Glasgow City centre, requires a Learning Facilitator on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months. The salary for the position is £13.98/hour, working Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm. Role will currently be home based but applicants must be prepared to return to office working when required.A minimum Basic Disclosure Scotland certificate issued within the last 12 months is a requirement of the role.Accountabilities/Responsibilities:The candidate will deliver the learning activities that will train the staff who will administer the devolved benefits that will be coming to Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the development and delivery of the technical, skills and behavioural learning that will support delivery of the devolved benefits. The main duties of this role include:

Working alongside Programme/Project and Operations colleagues to fully understand technical requirements of the new benefits and developing a range of appropriate & creative learning activities, making best use of technology and appropriate learning methods/media
Deliver innovative and flexible learning solutions, across a multi-functional business, that provide real support to operational colleagues with different learning needs and capabilities
Use coaching skills to support and challenge learners and embed coaching in the organisational culture
Monitor and evaluate training activities to measure quality and effectiveness of learning delivery
Provide an effective point of contact for L&D by developing positive and effective relationships with the agency's operational managers and programme colleagues to ensure learning support is focused and effectiveKey Skills and Requirements:

Previous experience in and L&D role
Experience of delivering and facilitating training and coaching
Strong organisational skills, adaptable and able to deliver to agreed timescales and deadlines
Able to build professional relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent and creative verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently with minimum supervision to achieve objectives
