We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for the management and delivery of a wide range of digital products. Key products include eCommerce, social media and online streaming platforms. We're looking for a great candidate that can manage both internal external teams and be able to scale the development department & processes in alignment with project requirements.

Compatibility:

+ Familiar with Jira project management software
+ Familiar with agile/scrum project management methodologies.
+ Capable of managing projects from requirements phase (creating project scopes), managing staff and ensuring projects are kept within budget.
+ Currently working at a development agency, capable of managing multiple projects and staff members simultaneously
+ Proven track record of success in delivering completed projects within budget and time constraints.

The Digital Project Manager Role:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for the management and delivery of a wide range of digital products. Key products include eCommerce, social media and online streaming platforms.

For this role, we are looking for a tech-savvy individual with a deep understanding of project management practices. You should be motivated, methodical and goal-oriented. As our project manager it's essential that you have strong leadership and communication skills in order to collaborate with both internal and external teams.

Most importantly, you should be capable of delivering completed projects; in line with time, budget and quality requirements.

Day to Day:

+ Participating within the conception stage and eliciting website requirements with clientele.
+ Establishing project scopes and preparing technical requirements in preparation for new website developments.
+ Writing proposals for both new and existing clientele.
+ Defining objectives, creating roadmaps and working with the team to prepare ongoing sprints/assess the success of previous sprints.
+ Ensuring resource availability for each project as to avoid bottlenecks and promote fluid workflows.
+ Assessing changes to requirements and mitigating risks
+ Developing and completing test plans
+ Maintaining project and technical documentation.
+ Identifying work process improvements.
+ Taking ownership of budgets, expenses and implementing cost-saving actions in order to meet cost standards for each project.
+ Monitoring team activity to ensure alignment with requirements and timeline
+ Documenting website development processes and procedures.
+ Preparing project progress updates and performing website demonstrations for key stakeholders.

Web Project Manager Skills and Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline desired; Master’s degree preferred
+ Must possess in-depth knowledge of SCRUM principles and implementation
+ At least 3 years of experience developing dynamic websites for clients
+ Strong customer-facing abilities as primary representative
+ Ability to lead teams by prioritizing and completing multiple concurrent projects
+ Ability to manage many different jobs and meet deadlines consistently
+ Knowledgable in programming languages, such as PHP, Javascript or HTML.
+ Hands on experience with Jira project management software
+ Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
+ Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
+ Comfortable with providing direction to the client and the team
+ Experience owning and managing budgets
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with clients
+ Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce presentable documentation
