TPP Recruitment are delighted to be supporting one of the UK's most well-known children's as they look to recruit an Associate Head of Legacy. This is an exciting role as there is one of the largest income sources for the charity and is responsible for about £20m worth of income each year.Job Title: Associate Head - Legacy and TributeCharity: NSPCCSalary: £41,500 to £46,863Location: FlexibleWorking as the Associate Head you will support in their plans to significantly grow their pipeline for the coming year by implementing a new fundraising strategy. You will report into the Head of Individual Support, providing updates and reports as well as leading on cross department planning for this area of fundraising. You will be managing the legacy team in their day to day running for vital campaigns. You will play a key part in reviewing and optimising their legacy proposition and message to ensure they engage with all audiences. They are looking for candidates who have extensive knowledge and experience within legacy marketing and tribute fundraising. Being able to develop a strong fundraising message and implementing a supporter journey. As the Associate Head you will need experience of budget management and the development and implementation of a fundraising strategy. Experience of line managing staff and playing a key role in their continued professional development.
