Organisational Development Manager - Manchester - Permanent & Contract (both are available) - c£45,000
This is a unique opportunity to join a high profile North West organisation, who are experiencing a vast amount of change, and are driving a hugely innovative OD and Talent agenda.
While overall a varied role, in particular this person will focus on and be the lead for change, organisational design, and performance. You will build strong stakeholder relationships, really committing to supporting them on the change journey, which is both organisational and behavioural. Within a matrix structure you will also link in to various work streams including engagement, leadership development, and talent management and will support full reviews and redesign of areas such as appraisals and competency frameworks, in collaboration with the wider team, and key stakeholders in the organisation. You will also manage a team and will be as focused on their development as you are your own, and the wider organisation.

This is a truly values driven organisation, and the OD strategy will fully reflect this, so they are looking for an individual who is passionate, innovative, and can demonstrate extensive OD experience and change experience, within a complex, highly matrixed organisation.
Ideally you will hold the full CIPD qualification, or equivalent, and perhaps come from a psychology background. You must have worked in an OD capacity, in a fast paced environment.
