Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and delivering training on a series of software applications. Training will be delivered both on-site and remotely.
  • Producing online training resources like webinars and documentation for use across the business.
  • Travelling across the UK to deliver training, support and attend client meetings.
  • Producing reports for clients on their system usage and working with them to encourage best practice.
  • Liaising with other departments across the business to ensure identified issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Working with the Projects Team to ensure that all new applications being introduced are understood and successfully adopted by the user base.

Desired skills/character:

  • A people person who is able to communicate at all levels with a wide variety of people.
  • Comfortable presenting/training both 1 on 1 and in groups.
  • Someone who can bring enthusiasm to the role.
  • IT literate and willing to learn. Previous experience in training within an IT context is desirable but not essential.
  • Flexible and able to stay calm under pressure.
