TPP Recruitment are currently supporting an amazing national Children's charity as they look to continue their recent growth within their regional Fundraising team with the recruitment of a Community Fundraising Manager. This is an exciting role to join a very successful regional fundraising team that covers the whole of the UK. The role will give you the freedom of working in a new way for this team, taking more of a relationship and creative approach to their fundraising. You will play a key role in focusing less on the local small corporates and major relationships and more on build up their volunteer network and community groups. Working with them in their fundraising efforts and engaging them to take part in fundraising events. Coming up with new campaigns and events to deliver in your region with be a big part of this role and the continued success within your region. This role will be responsible for the fundraising in the East of England, this covers Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Job title: Community Fundraising ManagerCauses: Children's charitySalary: £24,500 to £27,741Location: home based in Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. They are looking for an experienced fundraiser, someone who is comfortable in building relationships with a variety of people. Experienced in presenting the vision of the charity to a variety of groups, showcasing the passion there is for this charity. Experienced in developing fundraising ideas that can be delivered to their region with the aim of increasing income.
