Our client is an innovative technology company, which is experiencing elevated growth due to continued high levels of success! As such, they are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their busy Taunton office.
You will be responsible for the management of multiple accounts and assisting with both technical and non-technical advice. You will work closely with the Relationship Managers, providing feedback on key client updates.
In return you will be rewarded with a salary of between £23,000 and £27,000 DOE, within a supportive and friendly company, which values and listens to their staff.The role:
- Act as a day-to-day service support contact.
- Handle incoming calls and support tickets.
- Liaise regularly with Technical and Development colleagues to reach resolutions.
- Liaise regularly with Commercial colleagues, specifically Relationship Managers to ensure any potential opportunities are shared.
- Ensure key updates are captured within Key Account Management software
- Attend review meetings
- Provide monthly and ad hoc reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure you deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the process
- Driven to reach a resolution swiftly and accurately
- Must be able to professionally articulate guidance on trouble shooting
- A team Player
- A keen interest in technical support.
- Previous support on first line and second line technical service desks showing an aptitude for technology
- Ability to read code of any programming language would be advantageous
