A fantastic financial services organisation based on the Wirral are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging customer service executive to join their new business team on a permanent basis!
Your new role
Working with new business, you will be responsible for providing a world class first customer interaction to ensure the on boarding process is seamless and effective! You will ensure your new customers are aware of all policy details, talk through how to access their individual documentation and explain next steps effectively. Dealing with new business enquiries via phone and email, you will be working in a fast paced team providing excellent customer care!
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience providing superb customer service in a telephony environment is essential. You will ideally have some form of financial services knowledge but this is not essential. You will have a keen eye for detail as you will be dealing daily with customer data and figures. You will be able to work at pace whilst maintaining accuracy and have a desire to learn! You will thrive in an inclusive team environment!
What you'll get in return

You will have a competitive pension contribution as well as a holiday entitlement of 23 days + Bank Holidays. You will be working 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday with a salary of £18,000 - £19,000
