Wills & Trust Case Manager: Sheffield - Salary £26,000 - £32,000 DOE
Our client, one of the largest Probate & Estate providers across England & Wales are seeking to recruit a Wills & Trust Case Manager initially on a 12 month fixed-term contract. With the strong potential of permanency this great opportunity has arisen due to a vast increase in workload. You will be working for a leading provider of probate, estate planning and private client services who pride themselves on outstanding levels of repeat business from their client portfolio.
This position is offering the great opportunity for both remote & office working. Your main job role will consist of but not be limited to the following:
* Reviewing estate planning documents
* Advising clients around their tax, trust administration and estate planning matters
* Working as part of a team undertaking ad-hoc project work
As the successful Case Manager, you will ideally be a qualified solicitor / CILEX or STEP qualified with a solid background in drafting wills and an understanding of estate planning, however applications will be considered from candidates looking to step into this level of role with a strong background in this area. You will have the ability to easily build rapport with clients over the phone, demonstrating great communication skills.
