Demand Planning Manager - FMCG - Liverpool

Client Details

Our client are currently benefiting from a strong order book and significant investment in people, systems, and processes to ensure they sustain the growth. Supply Chain is a specific area of focus giving opportunities to challenge current operating practices, and invest where needed. The demand team are the the forefront of this exercise and will be supporting an number of key investments.

Description

As the Demand Planning Manager you will:
  • Support a key business division to develop forecast accuracy through process development, and customer engagement (both internal and external)
  • Be a key contributor / lead Demand reviews with sales, marketing, and supply chain
  • Support the implementation of a new demand tool. This will be led by a project team, however, constructive contribution will be needed from key demand planning specialists
  • Help embed the right organisational behaviours to build a sustainable IBP process
  • Work with NPD and marketing to help launches

Profile

The ideal candidate will:
  • Already be a Demand Planning Manager with an FMCG environment
  • Have supported forecast development within an international business
  • Have support an Demand tool implementation
  • Be confident to communicate to all levels of the organisation, being used to supporting views with numerical and behavioural evidence
  • Highly capable managing and analysing complex data sets
