An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Childcare Lawyer to join a friendly, supportive and well supported Legal Services team within an East Midlands Local Authority from August for a period of at least 9 months to cover a maternity leave.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with prior experience gained within childcare law within the public sector.
Day to day responsibilities will include dealing with a caseload of approximately 12 care cases and conducting advocacy remotely as required.
Our client is seeking a Childcare Lawyer able to commit to working full-time hours over 4 or 5 days per week. This role will be based remotely, with no requirement to attend the offices.
