Kick ICT Group was established in 2015 by CEO Tom O'Hara, Group Sales Director Alan Turnbull and Strategic Initiatives Director David Chazan. We are IT experts and partners. We provide business applications, network infrastructure and communications solutions, services and support to customers throughout the UK.

We have ambitious plans for the future. Our vision is to build a sustainable single-source IT services business of scale, with a talented and highly skilled team who provide outstanding service and add value to our customers.

To support our growth strategy, in 2019 we acquired and refurbished a 20,000 sq. ft headquarters building in Strathclyde Business Park. We currently employ 120 staff and expect staff numbers to increase to more than 150 by the end of the year.

Kick ICT Group currently have an opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics Account Manager to join the team.

The Role

The Microsoft Dynamics account manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of agreed Microsoft stack products and assigned customers. As the defined customer set are predominantly using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV) a good understanding of accounting software/ERP is highly desirable. The role and responsibilities involve a proportion of time to be allocated to develop new business from "net new names". These "net new names" opportunities will be predominantly generated by the marketing function within the Kick business.

The Account Manager is responsible for developing strong relations with customers and in turn understanding what IT means to those businesses as well as the makeup of the IT stack in use.

Microsoft Dynamics Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among any assigned customers. In the role you will also liaise with cross functional internal teams (in the main Dynamics support and Dynamics consultants) to improve the entire customer experience. You will act as the key interface for the customer on behalf of all relevant divisions.

The key responsibilities in this role are:

•Manage a portfolio of customers to advise on best use of Microsoft Dynamics and complimentary companion products

•Develop positive relationships with clients

•Introduce other Kick approved "stack" products to the client base

•Act as a point of contact to handle customers individual needs

•Resolve potential conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

•Generate an agreed level of Qualified Sales Opportunities from the assigned customer set

•Set and track sales accounts targets, aligned with company objectives
