Competitive remunerations on offer for a Police Misconduct Lawyer within a Legal 500 practice.

Joining the practices busy police misconduct department located at one of the firms offices nationally, the successful solicitor or legal executive will be able to hit the ground running, managing a complex caseload of actions against the police alongside building and maintaining key relationships with external organisations. Additionally, there will be future scope for this role to involve some team supervision and development.

The Candidate


  • Qualified solicitors or legal executives with a minimum of 5 years' PQE
  • Technically proficient in all aspects of police misconduct matters
  • Possesses outstanding communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • Advocacy experience in the County and High Court is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Legal Aid and private funding will be essential
  • Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Has a flair for business development
