Team leader position available within the South Birmingham Covid lateral flow collections team Your new role
In the continued fight to manage the Covid-19 pandemic, community testing distribution has been introduced to Birmingham. To support this project, Birmingham City Council have introduced a team of staff to engage with the public at various high-footfall areas, educating them on regular testing and distributing testing kits. They are looking for an experienced Team Leader to help run a small team of operatives, supporting on set up, coaching and training, as well as helping to deliver target distribution numbers. At this critical time, this a great chance to be involved in an essential project to support the Covid-19 pandemic until July 2021, will potential for longer term.What you'll need to succeed
What you'll get in return
- Be able to drive site to site (Audit team) South of Birmingham - Longbridge to heartlands (Ward map 2018)
- Covid Experience (however not essential)

- Experience in running a team
- Stock control
This role will be on a shift basis, working four days on and four days, averaging 40 hours in total, paying £15.80 per hour including holiday pay. What you need to do now
