Accounts Assistant job in Corsham

Your new company
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Accounts Assistant, who wants to be part of an exciting, growing team to support a busy Finance department near Corsham. You will be confident working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines. Your primary focus will be to support the Finance department with day-to-day financial activity.

Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Inputting invoices onto the finance system, reconciling invoices and matching invoices to PO's
  • Resolving invoice queries
  • Setting up new suppliers
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Assist with supplier payments

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working within a finance team or be working towards AAT. You will have good IT skills (Word, Excel), clear communication skills, excellent attention to detail and able to work well within a team.
