The successful Finance assistant will:
- Ensure general admin and data entry is completed
- Dealing with supplier and invoice queries
- Processing expenses
- Reconciling supplier accounts
- Updating cost spreadsheets
- Processing payments
The successful Finance assistant:
- experience using Microsoft Dynamics Navision
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to use own initiation and make reasonable decisions
- Strong accounts payable experience
- Ability to work 40 hours a week
