The purpose of this role is to act as a Financial Administrator within the business and to provide timely and a high standard of support to the financial advisers.

Duties and responsibilities
To build a strong working relationship with advisers to provide excellent administration support in the delivery of their business strategy. As well as building exceptional relationships with clients, ensuring consistent, effective communication allowing them to have confidence that their instructions are understood and delivered upon.
To be competent in all the organisations' processes and procedures, including the use of internal and external systems in order to have a forward-looking, can do attitude when dealing with client instructions.
To provide administration support of the highest quality and consistency to our Advisers and clients and to drive your own Continual Professional Development by seeking opportunities to upskill in areas that you have gaps in knowledge and work collaboratively with other team members to cross skill.
Systems used; X-Plan CRM with Iress, FE Analytics for Research, O&M for Cashflow.

What does the successful candidate look like?
You will need to have at least 3 years Financial Planning Administration experience. You should be extremely well organised and IT Literate with experience of Excel, Word and Outlook. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with the ability to work and think upon your own initiative.
Salary & Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of £32,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience plus an annual discretionary bonus of up to 10% of your annual salary. You will have 22 days holiday plus time off at Christmas and bank holidays. Support towards professional and personal development, further study and professional qualifications will be provided.
