Job Details

Location: The role is based in Manchester but we would consider remote working once fully trained.

Introduction

We are a global provider off preventative training to young people on subjects such as gangs, knife crime, suicide and multiple life skills. As seen on the BBC we currently work with over 75% of local authorities and the private sector. Alongside life changing resources we also provide ground breaking vocational training within niche sectors.

Philosophy

Our online training is researched, designed and formulated to make a positive difference to the lives of young people. In addition to amazing preventative online courses for young people we also offer specialist training to support adults who work with young people.

The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports.

Responsibilities


  • Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
  • Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll
  • Maintain Sales Ledger for full TBI clients
  • Produce daily sales invoices using account software xero
  • Check that all invoices are issued correctly each month by cross referencing Client Management system to xero
  • Act as Credit Controller, pursuing payment of unpaid invoices, and resolving disputes with clients.
  • Ensuring all data is up to date on the system/jira/xero
  • Perform filing, post distribution etc relating to the areas of work for which they are responsible


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
