Senior Support Analyst, Tyne and Wear

Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience.

My client is a very well established and rapidly expanding software solutions organisation who is currently enjoying huge success. They have a wide range of blue-chip clients who have been largely unaffected by COVID 19, and as such they have a very strong customer base and are a stable organisation who have grown consistently, even during 2020.

They pride themselves on their highly skilled and forward-thinking team, and they strongly believe it is their employees that have allowed them to carve out the established role they play in the IT market today.

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for managing and investigating 2nd line support issues raised by the company's clients in relation to products and services supplied by them. You will be supporting applications for external clients using Microsoft Technologies specifically C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server. An interesting and varied role with exposure to a wide range of projects and technologies in a friendly, open atmosphere.

  • Solid software support / technical exposure
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Exposure around C# and SQL (however full training will be provided)
