Value Added Helpdesk Advisor (25 hours per week/ 12.00 - 17.00 Mon - Fri)

Location: Corby

We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as Value Added Solutions Specialist. As a Value-Added Help Desk Advisor you will join a highly motivated team, whose vision & purpose is to support value added solutions growth, whilst supporting both internal & external customers. You will be delivering a unique service management offer for our customers both pre and post sales.

What you will enjoy doing to be successful in the role:
  • Contributing to sales growth within Value Added Services - providing qualification and conversion of sales opportunities.
  • Knowledgeable and understands our current and future Value Proposition, is recognised as an ambassador for VP.
  • Articulating our Value Added Services and promotes as appropriate to our customers.
  • Become a recognized subject matter expert for Value Added Services providing expertise to Customers, Sales and Customer Operations.
  • Being the first and last point of contact for all customer enquiries; capturing sales or escalations as required.

  • Customer oriented and passionate about our services
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact at all levels.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and innovation, demonstrating flexibility and aptitude for new processes and services
  • Being RS brand ambassadors and holding seamless, personal & progressive in every interaction with customers and employees.
