Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week/flexible days and/or hours (Mon-Fri)

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum maximum depending on experience

THE ROLE

The Senior Business Architect is responsible for leading a team of Business Architects within the wider Enterprise Architecture function within the British Business Bank. You will be responsible for ensuring that business design, change and improvement throughout the organisation is aligned to the enterprise vision and that we achieve the best possible outcomes for our business and our users over the short and long term.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will drive and build the Business Architecture practice by providing leadership and direction to the Business Architecture Team and other areas of the business to ensure alignment to the enterprise vision.

It is essential that you have experience of Architecture, Business Design and modelling techniques. You will be comfortable with governance models and experienced at presenting to large technical audiences and governance boards. As a Senior Manager at the Bank it is expected that you will role model candour and integrity, you will support the wellbeing of colleagues, encourage diversity of thought, and strive for continuous improvement. You will be collaborative, celebrate differences and inspire a culture of inclusion. You will have excellent communication skills and you will be confident in building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
