Role & Responsibilities
  • Service management and delivery - IP advisory and software selection
  • Service management and delivery - Case team and client training
  • Service management and delivery - Project management and ongoing support
  • Product Operations
  • Software product awareness
  • Service improvement

  • 3 years audit/consulting experience
  • At least ~2 years in customer/client advisory or customer success role
  • B2B Sales
  • SaaS

  • Experience supporting deployment of program management software
  • Experience in consulting industry

Fixed Term Contract £6000-65000
