Who we're looking for

The successful candidate will join the Schroders central marketing team on a temporary full-time basis to support the Strategic Capabilities marketing team in the creation and dissemination of marketing messages globally.

The Strategic Capabilities central marketing team at Schroders works across all areas of marketing and brand research, and provides support across nine divisions throughout the business.

The role is based in London and may be performed remotely in line with the government's advice on Covid-19 and Schroders' guidance from time to time.

The base

We moved into our new HQ in the City of London in 2018. We're close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre. And we have everything we need to work flexibly.

The team

The Strategic Capabilities team covers a wide range of areas including multi-asset, solutions, credit, emerging markets and more, with a significant focus on sustainability in the short- to medium-term.

The team in London works across all central marketing teams, as well as with representatives in 30+ countries.

What you'll do

• Assisting in the creation and dissemination of marketing materials across all strategic capabilities
• Co-ordinate and embed feedback from multiple stakeholders across the business for new initiatives, with a focus on sustainability
• Assisting with global roll-out of messaging across multiple countries and languages, helping define processes and efficiencies, using data and data-driven insights to enhance
• Utilise multiple marketing tactics such as content production and distribution, website management, advertising, email promotions and events.
• Helping co-ordinate, review and collate research results across global research providers
• Assisting with approval and processing of invoices
• Assisting with compliance approval and updates

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and team working skills, and the ability to liaise with a variety of staff of all levels
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Strong attention to detail and research skills.
• Proactive and responsible.
• Skilled at using MS Office, particularly Outlook and Word.

The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help

• Knowledge/experience of the investment industry
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to show knowledge of process- and data-driven insights
• Experience of working for financial services' businesses
• Knowledge of the compliance risks associated with financial services' businesses
