Job Details

Our Client is looking to appoint a Business support administrator to join the vendor side of the business. You will work closely with both Business and Sales to ensure a smooth sales process

You will be liaising daily with Vendors, Funders and Clients so will need to have strong communication skills with good attention to detail

Daily tasks include:
  • Manage and co-ordinate sales process between vendors, clients and funders
  • Complete credit searches and prepare financial proposals
  • Generate and issue all necessary finance documents
  • Co-ordinate prompt payment to vendor and raise invoices
  • Capture and record full details of Clients, vendors and funders
  • Maintain good working relationships with all 3rd parties
  • Develop opportunities to upsell products
  • Negotiate lease agreements
  • Comply with regulatory standards and internal policies

If you have finance/asset finance or lease experience it would be advantageous for this role, however full training will be provided if not.

You will need to be driven and have a strong work ethic. You will be joining a team with a winning and successful mentality
